손끝에는 그 린넨의 질감과
물잔의 감촉이 전해집니다.
젓가락을 내려놓는 자리에는
그 계절을 닮은 작은 생화가 놓입니다.

각각의 미세한 요소들이 겹쳐지며
하나의 장면을 이루고,
그 장면은 맛을 중심으로 모여들어
한 끼를 하나의 경험으로 만듭니다.

그렇게 하쿠시에서 완성된 한 끼가
단순한 식사가 아닌,
오감으로 기억되는 시간으로 남기를
바라는 마음을 담습니다.

Before the taste begins,
your eyes rest on colors that extend into the space.
Your hands sense the texture of the table linen,
the weight and feel of the water glass.
